Shipping policy
All Shipments
- Packages ship from New York City.
- We typically ship within 2 business days unless indicated differently on product page for merchandise on pre-sale or pending imminent restock.
- All orders receive tracking numbers emailed upon shipping.
International Shipments
- International shipments outside the United States are DDU (duty unpaid). The international shipping carrier will contact customers directly for payment of import tariffs and taxes.
Shipping Time
- Domestic standard shipping in the US is estimated to be 5 to 7 business days.
- International standard shipping is approximated to take 6 to 10 business days.
- Express and expedited shipping options are available for purchase.
Shipping Carriers
- Our domestic carriers in the United States are USPS or UPS.
- Our international carriers are UPS or DHL typically.
Shipping Errors, Damages and issues
- If we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense within 30 days from the date of purchase. Amanda Lynnae will provide a prepaid shipping label to expedite returns.
