Refund policy

Returns

  • We accept returns made within 30 days of delivery on new, unworn merchandise with tags and in original packaging. Please ship returned item within 7 days of receiving return label.

  • We will email you a pre-paid shipping label for returns.

Items Eligible for Return

  • Full-price and sale items in original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery

  • Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirement

     

    Refunds

    • Refunds are based on the price of merchandise paid by customer to Amanda Lynnae.

    • Express or expedited shipping paid for original order & delivery not eligible for refund. Standard shipping is free.

    • We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@amandalynnae.com.

     

    Shipping Errors, Damages and issues

    • If we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense within 30 days from the date of purchase. Amanda Lynnae will provide a prepaid shipping label to expedite returns.

     

    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging including box.
